I would like to know what peoples experiences are when ordering from companies like Fastech or 3FVape to an address in Croatia.

I have been ordering things to the UK and bringing them back with me because I have never had to pay any customs charges and people I have met here in Croatia have told me never to order anything outside of the EU.

Is this true?

its a tricky thing with customs in croatia, if they open a package ot not. everything you order that is (with shipping costs) below 160kn you don't pay anything, over 160kn to 140 EUR you pay PDV which is 25% and 30kn customs procedure. Over that number you pay customs. Many here including me are buying from fasttech, gearbest, 3fvape, efun.top and other sites. I had no problems with them. only in 20% of the packages which were over 160kn I paid PDV. It's safe to order. If it goes under the customs radar, you'll be more happy to pay less

Thanks, so it's not so bad 25% pdv is not too much to pay if that happens and I would not order anything for 140 EUR from these sites. If I am charged pdv do they keep the package in the local post office and I pay there or do I pay the postman.

in the post I think. before that, comes a letter from customs to your adress in which they ask the proof of how much you paid (paypal, site of buying). you e-mail the proof and then they send it to the post.

Last time i paid PDV i have paid to postman.
About procedure Buje is right. If they hijack your package they will inform you with a letter and ask to see invoice and/or other things - it's all in the letter. After you send them what they are asking you must wait few more days to the postman. When he arrives you will pay to him. That's how i got my last package about a month ago.
Everything bellow 160 kuna's is undet their radar, and Buje had explain what if goods are above 140€. Thanks Buje, i thought limit was 150€.

You are right, limit is 150€, not 140€
And limit for small items , without custom is 22€, not 160kn (almost the same, but...)

Okay I have ordered Goon V4 Style RDA and Kennedy Roundhuose from 3FVape and the SJMY Nolegal Styled RDA from Fasttech plus some wire to my address here, so I will see how this goes...

At Fasttech it goes really slow.
